Client Services Director
Annabel has 12 years client-side marketing and communications experience in the professional services sector in the UK, Asia and Australia. She joined Concep in May 2005 and was perfectly placed to help extend Concep’s product offering and increase servicing and outsourcing capabilities, including events, branding projects, print and collateral production, and other strategic integrated initiatives.
Annabel manages the growing team of Account Managers and creative services within the business.She provides strategic direction to enhance and optimise client performance using Concep’s various digital communications solutions.
She works with clients across the property, professional and financial services sectors, including CapGemini, Ernst and Young, The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Knight Frank.
